Rome

There was a Roman Empire
Conquered territory that reached the Mediterranean sea

Governed by an EMPEROR
Capital city: ROME


Had colonies
Language: LATIN
Religion: they believed in many gods
Society: 2 types of people:
Free man
Slaves: property of ther people

Cities: were big
Buildings: theaters, temples, circusis, public baths
Roads: connected the cities
Aqueducts: brought water to the cities
